Before your booking is complete, you will have the opportunity to fill out our intake form which asks questions designed to help us get to know your hair and hair goals before your appointment. There, you are able to upload images and tell us any and everything you think we should know! It is HIGHLY recommended that you submit these filled out so that we can have everything prepared ahead for your arrival.
After booking, you will be emailed all the information you need for your appointment from location to parking and building access.
On your email, you will also have options to reschedule or cancel that appointment you reserve. We have a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. A 50% charge will apply on the card you reserved the appt. with for late cancellations, 25% for late rescheduling, and FULL CHARGE for no-shows.
